ペンシルバニアに住むベーシストTony Marinoがドライブ中の事故で大ケガをしてしまいました。6週間もの入院との事です。
Tonyは同じくペンシルバニアに住むサックスのDave Liebman のバンドのレギュラーベーシストとして著名ですが海老原淳子の一枚目のアルバムWithout Youやあの東北震災の時の援助プロジェクトのOne Wordにもリズムセクションとして参加して頂いた素晴らしいミュージシャンです。

Can you help? Our bassist Tony Marino was in a terrible car accident a few days ago while visiting his daughter in western Pennsylvania. He broke his wrist, along with his sternum and a number of ribs. His Toyota was totaled. He will be out of commission for six weeks or so.
As you may know, Tony makes his living by playing the bass. He is a wonderful friend and a profoundly creative musician, and this is a devastating situation. We are hopeful that many of our friends can provide some financial assistance to get him through this terrible time.
